Job Function
- To manage the processes, teams and resources that act as the first point of contact for client / customer queries. Directly supervise and coordinate activities of sales reps.

- Reporting on technical issues
- Coordination with Application and service team
Qualifications Required:
- Key Candidate should possess B.Sc. degree in Medical Laboratory Science (MLS) or related Medical Sciences.
- Management qualification desired.
Experience and Skills Required:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in business development & management in a similar or any related industry.
- Relevant experience in sales and business development functions.
