  • We are looking for creative Pastry Chef to be responsible for crafting delicious pastries and confectioneries.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


Develop and execute pastry recipes, ensuring consistency in taste and quality.



  • Decorating pastries to ensure ensure beautiful and tasty presentation

  • Prepare a variety of pastries, (meat pie, doughnuts, chin chin, scotch egg, etc and present pastries in an appealing manner.

  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following food safety and hygiene standards.

  • Train and supervise junior pastry staff members.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in pastry-making.

  • Ensuring the section of the kitchen is clean always.


REQUIREMENTS



  • High school diploma

  • Post-secondary training in a related field

  • Keen attention to details

  • Creative ability with artistic skills

  • Experience working with the food industry as a pastry chef, baker or relvant role

  • Capable of working in a fast paced production enviroment.

  • Must be male for gender balance.
