• We're seeking a talented and creative Content Creator to join our growing team! You'll play a vital role in developing engaging and informative content that showcases our products, inspires our audience, and positions Buybetter Cosmetics as a leader in the beauty space.

Job Description

Content Creation:

• Develop creative and engaging video content for various platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok) including product tutorials, reviews, makeup trends, and collaborations with beauty influencers.


• Craft compelling captions and descriptions for social media posts.


• Script and shoot highquality product photography and lifestyle imagery.


• Stay uptodate on the latest social media trends and content formats.

Brand Storytelling:

• Capture the essence of Buybetter Cosmetics brand voice and personality in all content creation.


• Highlight the unique selling points and benefits of our products.


• Promote a message of inclusivity, selfexpression, and confidence in your content.


• Community Engagement:


• Respond to comments and messages on social media platforms, fostering a positive and interactive online community.


• Analyze audience engagement metrics and adapt content strategy accordingly.


• Collaboration:


• Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to ensure content aligns with overall brand strategy and marketing goals.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND in relevant fields


• Minimum 1 year of experience creating engaging content for social media platforms.


• Strong understanding of current beauty trends and the social media landscape.


• Excellent video editing skills (familiarity with editing software like Final Cut Pro, Capcutor Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus).


• Experience with product photography and basic photo editing skills is preferred.


• A passion for makeup and the beauty industry.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Creative, enthusiastic, and highly motivated with a strong work ethic.


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
