The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. You will do so by identifying key business opportunities and segmented prospects.
Your goal will be to meet or exceed our annual quota and increase our revenue.
The Senior Sales Executive is in charge of creating new sales strategies and programs to expand and retain our client base on the e-commerce and cloud services platform, particularly through new business development, in order to enhance revenue.
He or she will be responsible for developing and implementing new inside sales features, particularly using a multimedia approach, as well as working both individually and together with assigned sales team members to drive sales.
Responsibilities
Build pipeline and maintain long-term relationships with prospects
Identify new business opportunities to generate opportunities
Develop annual sales strategy and goals
Leverage sales tools and resources to identify new sales leads and nurture prospect relationships
Collaborate with sales leaders
Proficiency with the MS Office suite of products and familiarity with at least one CRM system.
Ability to make quality decisions in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment
Conduct research and advise Management on business analytics and market trends such as environmental analysis, SWOT etc
Submit weekly performance dashboard and monthly reports with details of revenues generated from the unit, project status, etc in preparation for Management review.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a relevant field.
4 - 6 years of proven experience in Sales, preferably in the real estate industry or related field.
