Role Description

This is a full-time role as an Area Sales Manager SE/SS at CARROT-TOP DRUGS LIMITED based in Port Harcourt. As an Area Sales Manager SE/SS, you will be responsible for overseeing sales activities and supervision of the Medical Sales Reps in the entire South East and South South except Edo, Delta and Anambra states, building and maintaining relationships with clients, implementing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical as Medical Sales Rep and a Sales Manager


• Strong understanding of fertility solutions and related products


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients


• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets


• Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies


• Self-motivated and driven to succeed


• Bachelor’s degree in relevant Science courses.
