Job Functions/Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive growth and enhance brand awareness for all Mopheth Group subsidiaries.


• Conduct thorough market research to identify target audiences, emerging trends, and the competitive landscape.


• Collaborate with product development teams to ensure marketing strategies align with product launches and enhancements.


• Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing materials, including websites, brochures, and promotional content.


• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, utilizing data to inform and refine future strategies.


• Utilize customer feedback and data insights to optimize marketing efforts and improve customer engagement.


• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, partners, and customers.


• Strategize on meeting customers' healthcare medicine needs and enhancing e-commerce customer acquisition efforts.


• Develop targeted marketing campaigns to promote HexiaHealth's telemedicine services and other Mopheth Group offerings.


• Implement innovative strategies to grow user bases and increase engagement through targeted marketing initiatives.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.


• Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within the healthcare industry.


• Strong understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, and customer acquisition strategies.


• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.


• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing and mentoring a marketing team.


• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.


• Creative thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns.
