Job Summary:


The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a proven track record in sales, and a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Identify potential clients, market segments, and strategic partnerships to expand the company’s reach and market share.

  • Establish, develop, and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and drive revenue growth. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs. Use this information to inform business strategies and identify new opportunities.

  •  Lead negotiations with clients to close deals and secure contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.

  • Maintain accurate records of business development activities, client interactions, and sales performance. Prepare regular reports for senior management.


Qualifications:



  •  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

  •  Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.


Skills:



  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
