Working closely with our Founder / Managing Director, the Head of Operations will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing teams, analyzing data and making strategic decisions, and ensuring effective performance and cohesion within the organization.
You’ll need to plan timelines, manage project deliverables and performance. You’ll also need to display excellent organisational skills, stakeholder management and communication skills.
You'll actively work with and/or represent our Managing Director on strategic engagements, and translate those strategies into operational process and structures in the company, to bring them to life. Sounds like you or someone you know? Consider applying.
Responsibilities
Primarily managing the team's effectiveness and delivery
Oversight on the timeliness and quality of the team's projects, deliverables and outputs
Manage onboarding, relationship & offboarding of clients and other relevant stakeholders
Proactively flagging and managing human resource capacity to meet the demand
Active performance management of projects and deliverables
Updating leadership with insights and management reports
Structuring and managing the team to deliver on budget and revenue goals
Creating and documenting systems and processes required to deliver on the company objectives
Actively pursuing opportunities to drive growth for the business
Ownership of driving team and resources to meet the budgetary, revenue and impact goals of the organisation
Tracking, monitoring and reporting of organisational and team performance across multiple dimensions
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
At least 4 years of Management experience
Operations Management, Team Management, and Communication skills
Analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
Budgeting and financial management skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Experience in a similar role or industry
