Job Overview



  • The HR Manager at Idyllic Technologies Ltd is responsible for leading and managing the company’s human resources functions.

  • This includes developing and implementing HR strategies, overseeing recruitment, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

  • The HR Manager will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting the growth and development of employees.


Job Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding:



  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies.

  • Conduct job interviews and coordinate the hiring process.

  • Oversee onboarding programs for new hires.


Employee Relations:



  • Address employee inquiries and resolve workplace conflicts.

  • Promote a positive workplace culture.

  • Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding.


Performance Management:



  • Implement and oversee performance appraisal systems.

  • Provide guidance on performance improvement plans.


Training & Development:



  • Identify training needs and develop training programs.

  • Coordinate employee development initiatives.


HR Policies & Compliance:



  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

  • Maintain employee records and documentation.


Compensation & Benefits:



  • Administer employee compensation and benefits programs.

  • Conduct salary reviews and benchmark against industry standards.


HR Strategy & Planning:



  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.

  • Participate in strategic planning and organizational development.


Health & Safety:



  • Ensure a safe working environment.

  • Develop and enforce health and safety policies.


Employee Engagement & Retention:



  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities.

  • Develop retention strategies to reduce turnover.


HR Metrics & Reporting:



  • Track and report on HR metrics.

  • Provide insights and recommendations based on HR data.


Key Requirements & Qualifications

Education:



  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources / Business Administration, or related field.

  • HR certification (e.g., CIPM, PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus


Experience:



  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.

  • Experience in the technology or alternative energy industry is preferred.


Skills & Competencies:



  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
