Job Description

• Managing and improving the operational systems, processes, and infrastructure of an organization


• Communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels


• Making and implementing strategic decisions and policies that relate to personnel, budget, risk and vendor management


• Anticipating and solving operational and tactical problems and challenges


• Overseeing and ensuring the compliance and quality of the operations department

Academic Qualifications

• HND/B.SC in Catering and Hotel Management, any Social Science/Humanities Discipline.


• Membership of a relevant professional body is an added advantage

Experience:

• 15 years experience in a similar job role at least 7 years in a management position


• Experience in working with the food and beverage sector will be considered an important advantage


• Prior workexperience showing increasing levels of responsibility with a focus on operations in a fast paced and entrepreneurial environment.

Skill & Competencies:

• Proficiency in Microsoft O365suite (word, excel and power point)


• Self Management and multi-tasking skills


• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal


• Strong planning and organizational skills


• Ability to work independently
