Job Description



We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Product Sales Officer to join our sales team. The Product Sales Officer will be responsible for promoting and selling our company's flight and concierge services to new and existing customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of our services and their features, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Promote and sell company flight and concierge services to new and existing customers.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Identify and qualify leads, and follow up on sales inquiries and leads.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.

  • Negotiate sales agreements and contracts with customers.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns.

  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

  • Provide feedback to the product development team to help improve service offerings.

  • Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel or hospitality sector.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
