Job Summary



  • The Business Development Coordinator will serve as the Regional Manager for the Southern Region of Nigeria, playing a critical role in driving business development, managing administrative tasks, and overseeing account management to ensure the successful execution of DMV Limited's strategic goals.

  • This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple responsibilities across various departments.


Key Responsibilities

Regional Management:



  • Oversee all operations within the Southern Region, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.

  • Lead regional team meetings and coordinate with head office to implement company policies and initiatives.

  • Monitor regional performance and report on key metrics to senior management.


Business Development:



  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company’s market presence in the South South Region.

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand market trends specific to the region.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners in the region.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth objectives in the region.

  • Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and presentations to senior management.


Administration:



  • Oversee daily administrative operations within the region to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.

  • Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and improve workflow.

  • Manage documentation and record-keeping for business transactions and projects.

  • Organize and facilitate meetings, conferences, and events within the region as required.


Account Management:



  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts within the region, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

  • Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to clients and senior management.

  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high service standards.

  • Collaborate with the finance team to manage account billing, invoicing, and collections.

  • Analyze account data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
