Job Summary
- The Business Development Coordinator will serve as the Regional Manager for the Southern Region of Nigeria, playing a critical role in driving business development, managing administrative tasks, and overseeing account management to ensure the successful execution of DMV Limited's strategic goals.
- This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple responsibilities across various departments.
Key Responsibilities
Regional Management:
- Oversee all operations within the Southern Region, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
- Lead regional team meetings and coordinate with head office to implement company policies and initiatives.
- Monitor regional performance and report on key metrics to senior management.
Business Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company’s market presence in the South South Region.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand market trends specific to the region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners in the region.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth objectives in the region.
- Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and presentations to senior management.
Administration:
- Oversee daily administrative operations within the region to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and improve workflow.
- Manage documentation and record-keeping for business transactions and projects.
- Organize and facilitate meetings, conferences, and events within the region as required.
Account Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts within the region, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to clients and senior management.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high service standards.
- Collaborate with the finance team to manage account billing, invoicing, and collections.
- Analyze account data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
