We are looking to hire a motivated and detail-oriented Personal Assistant Intern. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources while providing administrative support to the Founder/CEO.
Responsibilities
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Provide support for special projects and events.
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
- Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in planning and coordinating events, including meetings.
- Handle incoming requests and queries appropriately
Qualifications
- 0-1 year experience as a Personal Assistant to a senior executive
- Proven work experience as a personal assistant
- Google Workspace and English proficiency

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
