Responsibilities:
- Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests
- Provide administrative support to the HR team by maintaining digital and electronic records of employees
- Assist with recruitment process by posting job openings, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews and performing employment & background checks
- Assist with performance management process
- Assist the HR Team with employee engagement initiatives
- Assist with onboarding of new hires
- Any other tasks assigned
Technical Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Human Resources or People Operations
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Google Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
