Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee payroll processes


• Administer employee compensation and benefits programs


• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations


• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures


• Assist in compensation strategy development


• Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management


• Provide HR guidance to employees


• Coordinate performance reviews and employee development


• Promote employee engagement and positive workplace

Requirements:

• Proficiency in payroll software, ERP, and HRIS


• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field


• 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience with a focus on payroll and recruitment


• HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
