Job Objective:

Our client is seeking to hire an experienced Head of Finance who will maintain the financial health of the organization, providing financial reports and interpreting financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting accurate data analysis and offering advice to senior management on strategies to maximize profits, securing long-term success for the company.



Job Responsibilities

• Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.


• Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take.


• Conduct accurate data analysis and offer advice to senior management on strategies to maximize profits, securing long-term success for the company.


• Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.


• Plan, organize, and execute financial tasks and projects of the organization.


• Achieve a proper mix of equity and debt to minimize costs and maximize operational profit.


• Manage and monitor metrics, KPI tracking, and reports.


• Provide financial insight and analysis to drive the business performance of the organization.


• Understand and calculate the risks involved in the financial activities of the organization.


• Strategize on fund procurement through banks and other financial institutions.


• Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.

Key Requirements

• B.Sc degree in Finance, Accounting or any related field.


• 5+ years of relevant experience in a financial service or financial technology industry.


• ACCA/ACA certification is mandatory.


• Knowledge of transaction monitoring and financial reporting.


• Proficient user of finance software.


• A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.


• Exceptional proficiency with Microsoft Excel (financial modeling and valuations).


• Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent report-writing and communication skills.


• Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
