Job Summary

• We seek a Project Manager who will be responsible for the overall management of projects including liaising with the board directors; coordinating and leading partners; supervising members of the Project team; and overseeing Project implementation, financial and administrative oversight, reporting, and monitoring and evaluation of the Project.

Key Requirements

• Advanced Degree (minimum, master’s degree) in a relevant field from an accredited university with at least 10 years of experience in a relevant position managing Luxury Residential and Hotel construction programs ideally in Nigeria and/or West Africa.


• Experience managing, implementing, and evaluating multi-million dollar, Projects.


• Technical expertise and/or program management skills in building construction, with a strong preference for candidates with experience integrating the two.


• Experience in EPC turnkey contracts and experience in executing them.


• Demonstrated diplomatic, management, and communication skills to liaise and advocate with governments, funders, thought leaders, and other key stakeholders including other members of management within the Company’s group of other operating entities.


• Proven ability to write technical reports and program documents and deliver presentations.


• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and the ability to communicate cross-culturally.


• Ability to travel overseas independently if required.
