Job Summary
- The Office Assistant/Cleaner will be assigned the duty and responsibility of the basic cleaning of and around the facility or office building.
- The Office Assistant will also assist in any other office duty.
Job Role and Responsibilities
- Keep the business area clean.
- Clean, stock, and supply designated facility areas with the necessary items.
- Dust, sweep, vacuum, mop, clean ceiling vents, restrooms, and other laundry equipment.
- Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities.
- Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects.
- Refill supplies, such as chemicals and laundry items.
- Request order of new cleaning supplies as needed.
- Assist customers to carry laundry items.
- Confirm customers’ laundries upon pick-up.
- Run official errands.
Educational Qualification and Experience
- A minimum qualification of SSCE.
- Must have 1-2 years of experience as an Office Assistant.
