She is expected to develop and implement strategies to promote insurance products, conduct market research, manage digital and traditional advertising campaigns, analyse performance metrics, and collaborate with sales teams to drive customer acquisition and retention.


Responsibilities: 



  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to promote insurance products and services.

  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape within the insurance industry.

  • Create and manage content for social media, websites, and other digital platforms to engage potential and existing policyholders.

  • Design and oversee advertising campaigns across various media channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business goals.

  • Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness, optimize strategies, and inform future marketing efforts.

  • Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and support lead generation and policy sales.

  • Develop promotional materials and coordinate events to enhance brand presence and customer engagement within the insurance sector.

  • Manage the marketing budget to ensure cost-effective strategies and campaigns that maximize ROI.

  • Build and maintain relationships with industry partners and affiliates to secure collaborative opportunities and enhance brand reputation.

  • Stay updated on industry regulations, trends, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies and maintain a competitive edge.


Requirements: 



  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
