The Eden Life Industrial Attachment Program is an opportunity for Undergraduates in Food Science and Technology, Nutrition and Dietetics, Microbiology, Hospitality Management and related courses to work in a leading hospitality tech company like ours, gaining exposure in key aspects of our food production processes such as
- Food Product Research and Development
- Food Quality Assurance
- Fulfilment Operations
- Industrial Kitchen Operations
The Industrial Attachment will be for a period of 3 - 6 months, during which students would have acquired the right exposure and industry experience needed to not only fit in but thrive in the Hospitality Industry.
If you are attached to our company, these are the major places you may be stationed based on what closely aligns with your program
- Food Product Research and Development: This team is responsible for conducting research on new & existing food products, creating menu, testing and standardizing recipe tests.
- Food Quality Assurance: This team ensures that all the company's food products and procedures meet internal quality standards and external regulations.
- Fulfilment Operations: This team processes meals that customers have ordered daily, ensuring they meet production line targets by plating (dishing) food quickly and accurately, sealing cooked meals, identifying any potential quality issues, and helping ensure no cross-contamination of allergens.
- Industrial Kitchen Operations: Being in Kitchen Operations means you will have an overview of the different activities that happen in the kitchen area, as you will be stationed across units to support with cooking, prepping, cleaning, pot washing, and inventory management.
