Description 



  • Prepare and cook dishes according to the restaurant's recipes and standards.

  • Ensure that all ingredients are properly prepared and portioned for each dish.

  • Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.

  • Ensure that dishes leaving the kitchen meet the quality and presentation standards set by the restaurant.

  • Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.

  • Collaborate with the Head Chef f in developing new dishes or modifying existing ones.

  • Provide input on portion sizes and pricing.

  • Keep track of inventory for the section, including ingredients and supplies.

  • Communicate with the Head Chef or kitchen manager to ensure adequate stock levels.
