Responsibilities

• Operate the laminating machine according to job tickets and specifications.


• Input the correct settings for the desired lamination process.


• Monitor equipment during operation.


• Maintain the rollers and materials used in the lamination process.


• Troubleshoot any problems that arise during machine operation.


• Inspect laminated materials for proper adhesion, registration, and consistency.


• Ensure high-quality output.


• Safety and Procedures:


• Follow safety protocols and procedures.


• Report faulty equipment or unusual conditions to supervision.

Qualifications

• HND / OND in Electrical / Fitter / Machine


• Candidates should have a good knowledge of Solvent-less lamination machines.


• Minimum of 5 -10 years experience in Printing Industry in a similar role.


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.


• Attention to detail and accuracy.


• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
