We are looking to hire a Customer Service Rep for our client, a supermarket located at Lekki, Lagos. 

Responsibilities:

• Collect customer orders


• ⁠Follow up and ensure customer orders get to the customers. 


• ⁠Follow up with processing team. 


• Follow up with logistics to ensure timely delivery of orders. 


• ⁠Support in updating the website. 


• ⁠Support the logistics team. 


• ⁠Carry out any other tasks as assigned. 

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in related field. 


• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy


• Good communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment.
