Job Description



  • Planning and execution of audit, taxation and consulting engagements across the Firm’s portfolio of Clients;

  • Project management of all aspects of Clients engagement, including developing work plans, agreeing timelines, team briefing, supervision and delivery;

  • Identifying, researching and helping to resolve complex engagement issues;

  • Building relationships with the Client staff and acting as an ambassador of the Firm;

  • Reporting to the Partners on all salient points arising from Client engagements;

  • Maintaining Tax related matters.

  • Preparation of deferred tax computation.

  • Prepare and file tax returns (CIT, VAT, CGT, PIT, PPT, WHT, Pension, ITF, NSITF etc.) along with computations and supporting documents.

  • Respond to queries from taxation and regulatory compliance authorities including SEC, FIRS and State Internal Revenue Services.

  • Manage all tax matters for clients.


Education & Experience Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or any other related discipline. ACA / ACCA certification will be an added advantage

  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experiences in same role.


Candidate must Possess:



  • Proven recent and extensive experience in audit, taxation, financial reporting and consulting;

  • Well-developed leadership and supervisory skills;

  • High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills;

  • Ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals, internal/external and at different levels;

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal;

  • Strong Information Communication Technology (“ICT”) literacy; and

  • Demonstration of practical knowledge of IFRS, IAS, CAMA etc.

  • Self-driven, resilient and able to thrive in a pressurized environment;

  • Ambition to undertake new challenges and taking leadership where necessary;

  • Desire to work in diverse environment and exposure from international environment;

  • Strong project management techniques including decision-making ability, analytical skills, time management, prioritization, organization and evaluative skills;

  • Monitor and uphold high quality of service to clients; and

  • Ability to build the Firm’s reputation through work quality, knowledgeandexperience.
