Job Summary

• The Senior Manager of Technology and Business Integration will play a pivotal role in aligning our technological capabilities with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and implement technology strategies that align with business goals.


• Identify and evaluate emerging technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of innovation.


• Collaborate with senior leadership to define and prioritize technology initiatives.

Project Management:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology projects.


• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and


• Implement project management best practices and continuous improvement processes.

Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of technology professionals.

Technology Operations:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring systems are reliable, secure, and scalable.


• Manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.


• Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards.

Risk Management and Compliance:

• Identify, assess, and mitigate technology-related risks.


• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.


• Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity measures.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or a relevant master's degree is highly desirable.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 - 10 years of experience in technology management, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.


• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects.


• Experience in strategic planning and execution.

Technical Skills:

• Deep understanding of software development,


• IT infrastructure, and emerging technologies.


• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.


• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices.

Business Acumen:

• Strong understanding of business processes and how technology can drive business success.


• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.


• Experience in budget management and financial planning.

Leadership Skills:
