Job Summary:


As a Service Administrator fluent in both spoken and written Spanish, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our service department and ensuring seamless communication with Spanish-speaking clients and stakeholders. You will play a crucial role in facilitating efficient service operations and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Act as a primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients, addressing inquiries and providing information about services.

  • Translate documents, emails, and other communications from Spanish to English and vice versa as needed.

  • Assist in scheduling service appointments and coordinating technician assignments.

  • Maintain accurate records of service requests, appointments, and customer interactions.

  • Prepare service quotations, invoices, and reports in both English and Spanish.

  • Collaborate with service technicians and other departments to ensure timely completion of service orders.

  • Monitor service performance metrics and assist in identifying areas for improvement.

  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining documentation.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. (Associate degree with relevant experience may be considered)

  • Proficiency in both spoken and written Spanish and English.

  • Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
