Location: Ogba, Lagos


Responsibilities



  • Performing reference and background checks for new recruits.

  • Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.

  • Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.

  • Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives.

  • Follow up with candidates for interview.

  • Follow up with qualified candidates for resumption.

  • Assisting with filing of Staff documents.

  • Other duties assigned from time to time.


Skills and Requirements



  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification with 1 - 3 years work experience.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Must be competent in Microsoft office tools.

  • Must be a team player.

  • Must be able to maintain data accuracy and also analyse data.

  • Ability to multitask.

  • Willingness to learn.
