Job Description:



  • Recording Financial Transactions: Accurately record financial transactions and maintain up-to-date financial records.

  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts, prepare account analysis, and compile monthly reports.

  • Tax Compliance: Prepare tax returns and provide support during tax audits, ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws.

  • Invoice Verification: Verify the accuracy of invoices and payments, and resolve any discrepancies that may arise.

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements and other financial reports as required.

  • Budget and Forecast Analysis: Prepare and analyze budgets and forecasts to assist in financial planning.

  • Additional Duties: Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the manager.


Requirements:



  • Educational Qualification: OND Degree in Accounting

  • Experience: 1 - 3 years of experience in accounting


Technical Skills:



  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel.

  • Knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems.


Soft Skills:



  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
