Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and accomplished Senior Litigator to join our prestigious law firm. The ideal candidate will possess extensive courtroom experience, exceptional legal acumen, and a proven track record of successfully managing complex litigation cases from inception through trial and appeal. The Senior Litigator will provide strategic legal counsel, mentor junior attorneys, and play a pivotal role in shaping the firm's litigation practice.

Key Responsibilities

Case Management:

• Lead and manage complex litigation cases, including commercial, civil, and criminal matters.


• Develop and implement case strategies, conduct thorough legal research, and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.


• Represent clients in court, including pre-trial hearings, trials, and appellate arguments.


• Negotiate settlements and alternative dispute resolutions.

Client Relations:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert legal advice and maintaining strong client relationships.


• Conduct client consultations, assess legal issues, and develop case plans aligned with clients' objectives.


• Communicate case progress and outcomes effectively to clients.

Team Leadership:

• Mentor and supervise junior attorneys and legal staff, providing guidance and support in case preparation and litigation techniques.


• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.


• Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the litigation skills of the legal team.

Business Development:

• Contribute to the firm’s business development efforts by identifying and pursuing new client opportunities.


• Participate in networking events, industry conferences, and professional associations to enhance the firm's visibility and reputation.


• Assist in developing marketing strategies and materials to attract new clients.

Compliance and Ethics:

• Ensure all legal activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards.


• Uphold the highest standards of professional ethics and integrity in all dealings.
