Job Description

• The ideal candidate will analyze production data to ensure compliance with quality standards, identify operational inefficiencies, and support continuous improvement initiatives.


• This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance production processes and optimize performance metrics.


• Analyze document control processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.


• Collect and analyze production data to assess performance against quality and efficiency metrics.


• Conduct regular audits of production processes to ensure adherence to operational procedures and regulatory requirements.


• Identify trends and patterns in production data to uncover root causes of issues and recommend corrective actions.


• Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production audit.


• Collaborate with production teams to implement data-driven solutions for process optimization and waste reduction.


• Support continuous improvement initiatives by conducting ad-hoc analysis and presenting findings to stakeholders.


• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation and reconciliation procedures.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc Degrees in Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field


• 4 - 6 years relevant work experience auditing and tracking production data in a manufacturing space.


• Familiarity with production systems and manufacturing processes.
