The ideal candidate will manage and analyze document related data to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency within our organization. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to streamline document workflows and enhance data management practices.
Responsibilities
Analyze document control processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement data quality assurance procedures to maintain accurate document records.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and document specifications.
Perform data validation and reconciliation to ensure consistency and integrity.
Generate reports and dashboards to visualize document control metrics and trends.
Conduct regular audits and assessments of document control procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Provide training and support to users to document management systems and best practices.
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to document control efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in information management, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
3-5 years’ experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in document control or information management.
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Excel, Python, etc.).
Strong familiarity with document management systems (e.g., SharePoint, Documentum, etc.)
