Job Summary


We are seeking a meticulous and organized Fleet Officer to manage our company's fleet of vehicles. The Fleet Officer will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of vehicles, ensuring that our fleet operates efficiently and cost-effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of vehicle management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.


Responsibilities



  • Scheduling regular maintenance on all vehicles

  • Ordering urgent or emergency repairs as needed

  • Establishing efficient routes and transportation schedules

  • Managing vehicle license/registration and renewals

  • Providing reports to management on budgeting, schedules, maintenance, and fleet progress

  • Developing methods to decrease cost and improve efficiency

  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Management


Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering / Logistics, or a related field.

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Fleet management.

  • Ability to adapt to changes in procedures, technologies, or work environments.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Basic knowledge of system-based inventory management systems.
