Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and increase customer acquisition and retention.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, including product uploads, pricing, promotions, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and search engine marketing.
- Analyze e-commerce sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for e-commerce operations and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and IT, to develop and execute strategic initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices, and recommend new strategies and tactics as appropriate.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers, including payment processors, shipping carriers, etc.
- Streamline daily operations to maximize efficiency and service quality.
- Develop and execute outbound sales strategies.
Essential Experience & Requirements:
- Bsc in Business Administration or relevant field experience.
- Strong problem-solving and organization skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft.
- 2 -3 year retail experience and watch/jewelry brand knowledge is preferred.
