Job Details

• Microsoft 365 Administration


• Technical support for digital infrastructure (hardware and software)


• Providing support to internal users


• Resolving technology challenges as they arise


• End-user training


• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners


• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks


• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests


• Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)


• Setting up accounts for new users


• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary


• Testing new technology

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field


• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Digital Infrastructure Support


• Experience as an Microsoft 365 Administrator


• Relevant professional certification such as ITIL, PMP, etc. is an added advantage
