Requirements

• Added Professional certification such as ICAN is an added advantage


• Must have an indepth knowledge of financial statement 


• Must be vast with the use of microsoft packages


• Knowledge of any standard financial application i.e SAGE 


• Excellent use of initiative and proactive approach in delivery tasks


• Preparation of daily,weekly and monthly income statements and financial position


• Daily bank reconciliation of all bank transactions


• Daily update of all account creditors and payables


• Maintain and reconcile account ledgers, maintains and entries of daily and monthly journal, maintain and reconcile bank accounts analyze account to trace discrepancies or errors or misappropriations


• Assist in developing and maintain advanced excel spreadsheets for a variety of applications


• Assist in preparation of annual cost report and annual master budget


• Investigate and gather information and answer routine queries arising from MD Administration and Auditors 


• Dvelop and maintain a good knowledge of GAAPs and IAS in regards to the accounting and auditing systems
