Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Lagos.


• The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and policy implementation.


• The HR Manager will also ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintain employee records and databases, and provide support and guidance to management and employees on HR matters.

Qualifications

• 5 years extensive knowledge of HR principles, practices, and laws


• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills


• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information


• Excellent organizational and time management skills


• Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software


• Experience in the real estate, blockchain, or hospitality industry is a plus


• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
