  • We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our team.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.

  • The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, document processes, and implement changes that align with the company's strategic goals.


Key Responsibilities



  • Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs.

  • Process Analysis: Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement, inefficiencies, and potential risks.

  • Solution Development: Develop and propose solutions to address identified issues, including process improvements, system enhancements, and organizational changes.

  • Documentation: Create detailed documentation, including business requirements, process flows, use cases, and functional specifications.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication between business units, IT teams, and other stakeholders.

  • Project Management: Assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely delivery of solutions.

  • Testing and Validation: Coordinate and conduct testing to validate that solutions meet business requirements and are free of defects.

  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.

  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve business analysis methodologies and processes.


Qualifications



  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, including process modeling, data analysis, and requirements management.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.

  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

  • Certification: Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or other relevant certifications are a plus.
