Responsibilities:



  • Establish and maintain relationships with all the industry influencers and key strategic partners nationwide

  • Increase the visibility and market share of the company’s brand nationwide

  • Visit the markets regularly to secure market intelligence, especially information on the goods that are in demand, the prices and activities of competitors and other necessary details required to develop a workable strategy.

  • Represent the company at industry-related meetings/seminars/networking programs to promote the company’s products.

  • Manage the performance of the sales & marketing team.

  • Oversee the weekly strategy meetings, guide the preparation of marketing activity reports and present reports to Executive Management regularly.

  • Meet with key clients and assist the sales team with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.

  • Facilitate the relationship between the sales & marketing department and other sales-related units (showroom).

  • Develop and manage the sales team’s annual budget.

  • Review and analyze sales performances against projections and work with HR to overhaul the staffing, training, and performance evaluations of the sales team


Requirements:



  • MBA/BSc. in Marketing, or related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Sales & Marketing role.

  • Strong networks in the building construction industry.

  • Must be self-motivated, have some background in e-commerce sales, and possess creative selling and online marketing skills.

  • High-level strategic thinking and implementation skills.

  • Proven experience conducting market analysis and identifying new territories.

  • Must possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
