Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth operation of computer systems, routers, switches, internet, and ensure users get maximum benefits from them.


• Installing, configuring, and supporting network equipment including Cisco switches.


• Maximizing network performance through ongoing network monitoring and troubleshooting.


• Designing and implementing new network solutions and/or improving the efficiency of current networks.


• Investigating faults in the network and updating network equipment.


• Reporting network status to Head of IT.

Preferred Skills/Knowledge:

• Proven experience as an IT Technician or relevant position.


• Strong knowledge of networking technologies (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, etc.).


• Experience with Cisco switches and network equipment.


• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.


• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
