  • We are seeking for a driven Business Developer and Marketing Associate. As a Business Developer and Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing our sales, marketing, and advertising strategies.

Responsibilities



  • Prepare and analyze Business proposals.

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients.

  • Develop comprehensive marketing and sales strategies.

  • Conduct regular research on competitors' products and services.

  • Create and oversee various marketing campaigns.

  • Prepare regular sales forecasting reports.

  • Analyze Business and marketing performance metrics.

  • Enhance brand awareness through social media platforms.

  • Collaborate effectively with the Media department.

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.

  • Organize promotional events and conferences.

  • Maintain accurate records of KPIs from past marketing campaigns.

  • Analyze marketing trends and recommend adjustments.


Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven work experience as a Business Developer and Marketing Associate, Sales and Marketing Executive, or similar role in the Sales department.

  • Extensive knowledge of Business and marketing performance metrics.

  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software such as Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot CRM, etc.

  • Understanding of various marketing processes.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.

  • Strong customer service and sales skills.

  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

  • Exceptional decision-making and organizational abilities.

  • Good analytical skills.
