Job Description

• Survey buildings and repair mechanical and electrical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards.


• Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels, AC installations and repairs, etc.)


• Assist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary


• Maintain heating, cooling and plumbing systems to ensure functionality


• Inspect alarm systems (fire, protection) and schedule repairs when needed


• Perform manual repairs when necessary.


• Carry out machines repairs and maintenance when required.


• Knowledge of HVAC systems


• Proficient in understanding mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.


• Capable of diagnosing and fixing a wide range of equipment issues.


• Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).
