JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Initiating cold calls with potential customers over the phone.
- Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
- Regular follow up with potential customer to ensure closed deal.
- Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.
- Answering customers' questions on the product
- Update contacts database when necessary
COMPETENCY REQUIRED (Knowledge and Skills)
- Great interpersonal & telephone communication skills with a clear confident speaking voice
- Persuasiveness, patience & persistence
- Optimistic attitude, high energy
- Good sales ability.
- Working knowledge of relevant computer software.
- Polite and friendly disposition
- Thorough understanding of products and services
QUALIFICATION (Education and Experience)
- First Degree in an accredited university
- 1 - 2 Years cognate B2B work experience in Sales, marketing or Customer Service role
WORKING CONDITION
- Working hour: 8:00-17:00
- Working day: Monday - Friday
- WFH is available partly.
- Probationary period will be 3-6 months.
- Workstation (Laptop & Phone)
