JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Initiating cold calls with potential customers over the phone.

  • Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.

  • Regular follow up with potential customer to ensure closed deal.

  • Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.

  • Answering customers' questions on the product

  • Update contacts database when necessary


COMPETENCY REQUIRED (Knowledge and Skills)



  • Great interpersonal & telephone communication skills with a clear confident speaking voice

  • Persuasiveness, patience & persistence

  • Optimistic attitude, high energy

  • Good sales ability.

  • Working knowledge of relevant computer software.

  • Polite and friendly disposition

  • Thorough understanding of products and services


QUALIFICATION (Education and Experience)



  • First Degree in an accredited university

  • 1 - 2 Years cognate B2B work experience in Sales, marketing or Customer Service role


WORKING CONDITION



  • Working hour: 8:00-17:00

  • Working day: Monday - Friday

  • WFH is available partly.

  • Probationary period will be 3-6 months.

  • Workstation (Laptop & Phone)

  • 21 Days of Vacation after probation.

  • Agile working culture.
