Responsible for identifying and generating business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth.
Responsible for developing new import clients in both Air and Ocean/Sea Freight. Air Import and Export should attain the revenue goals for a set period.
Offers customers innovative solutions that address the unique demands of the freight industry.
Assist with Requests for Proposal (RFP's).
Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for customer instructions.
Follow up on all sales leads and pricing analysis.
Prepare and execute sales presentations and sales meetings.
Developing and presenting proposals customized for each client's specific needs.
Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow-up.
Translating proposals into ready-to-sign sales deals and contracts.
Requirements
A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required
A minimum of 4 years of related work or industry-related experience.
Strong experience in freight forwarding in a logistics industry B2B Sales.
Existing customer base and an established network of contacts.
Ability to effectively plan and organize appointments and meet reporting deadlines.
Must have excellent networking skills.
Participation in industry-related events.
Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills.
