Coordinate input into the Talent strategy for the business through developing insight and analysis of people-related business issues and opportunities (by activating group HR solutions, e.g. Talent Management tools/processes, reward and diversity metrics, etc.)
Monitor and address legal compliance issues to ensure that the organization complies with local and national laws (for e.g. recruitment, data protection, employee contracts)
Responsible for leading Employee & Industrial Relations (ER/IR) (knowledge of legislative and consequent impact on the organization, relationships with unions, government/regulatory bodies, community, etc.)
Efficient management and continuous improvement of outsourced labour and services
Maintain a performance bar which is high. Continually refine and review the performance measures of employees to ensure maintenance of a performance culture which fosters career development and optimum performance.
Manage relationships with Health Maintenance Organizations
Identify, monitor, analyze and present key metrics to managers, directors, and GMs in order to enable good business decisions.
Manage facility and company assets and report on the same
Job Requirements
Bachelors degree in a related discipline
8+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner within the FMCG/Manufacturing industry with factory experience
