Job Overview



  • The Enterprise Sales Lead will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to attract and onboard enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities



  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate the enterprise market.

  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.

  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with prospective clients, handle objections, and close high-value deals.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.

  • Reporting: Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management.

  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.


Key Qualifications



  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in the fintech or SaaS industry.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.

  • Track Record: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

  • ERP Industry Experience: Must have experience selling ERP solutions such as SAP, SAGE, and Microsoft Dynamics.

  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of the enterprise market and spend management solutions.

  • Proactive: Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools.

  • Travel: Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
