Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
Reporting: Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Key Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 7 years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in the fintech or SaaS industry.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
Track Record: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
ERP Industry Experience: Must have experience selling ERP solutions such as SAP, SAGE, and Microsoft Dynamics.

Proactive: Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
