This is a full-time on-site role as a Business Growth Executive at our location in Lagos. As a Business Growth Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, closing sales and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Knowledge of the travel and tourism industry is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to close deals
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
