Purpose of Job - To Perform the Roles & Responsibility as Head of Bottling/Packaging  

Functionally reports to: General Manager-Manufacturing 

Working Arrangement: On-site 

Duties & Responsibilities  

• Plan production and dispatches on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis according to forecast/budget 


• Ensure line efficiencies, wastage control and adherence to Quality Norms 


• Facilitate OEE(Overall Equipment Effectiveness) 


• Adhere to preventive maintenance plans 


• Conduct the annual line budgeting exercise 


• Adherence and implementation of all applicable statutory compliances for bottling of products 


• Facilitate manufacturing excellence and ensuring adherence to all SOPs 


• Ensure team management & development 

Job Requirements  

• Bachelors of Engineering or related discipline 


• 12+ years of working experience within the Bottling/Packaging Industry  


• Experience within the manufacturing excellence environment 


• Knowledge of World Class Manufacturing practices 


• Good understanding of ERP Systems especially SAP
