Purpose of Job - 

To Perform the Roles & Responsibility as Head of Factory.

Functionally reports to: Manufacturing & Technical Director 

Working Arrangement: On-site 

Duties & Responsibilities 

• Plan production & dispatches on a daily, weekly and monthly basis as per forecast 


• Ensure line efficiencies, wastage control & adherence to Quality Norms 


• Adhere to Quality Norms and continuous improvement in Quality Management Systems 


• Facilitate OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) 


• Ensure Quantitative/Qualitative & efficient distillation plant operation for production of ENA from Crude/RS 


• Ensure efficient energy management and utilities management with the Unit 


• Continuous work on the visual management of the Unit 


• Adherence to preventive maintenance plans 


• Ensure Unit PnL, Conversion cost as per Budget 


• Handle the Annual Budgeting Exercise 


• Adherence to and implementation of all applicable statutory compliances for Unit 


• Drive manufacturing excellence in the Unit & ensure adherence to all SOPs 


• Drive the focus of appropriate HSE Culture in the Unit 


• Facilitate team management & development 


• Implement Unit specific projects 

Job Requirements 

• Bachelors of Engineering or related discipline 


• 15+ years of working experience within the Bottling/Packaging & Distillation industry/Manufacturing industry 


• Knowledge of ERP Systems specifically SAP 


• Experience of Manufacturing excellence/best practices 


• Knowledge of ENA Distillation from base raw material of Molasses/Cassava/RS
