Job Responsibilities 

• Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.


• Install, configure, and maintain ICT systems, including servers, networks, and telecommunications equipment.


• Monitor and ensure the security and integrity of ICT systems, implementing security measures and performing regular backups.


• Assist in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new ICT technologies and solutions.


• Collaborate with other departments to identify ICT needs and requirements and develop and implement solutions to meet those needs.


• Document ICT systems, processes, and procedures, and provide training to end-users as needed.


• Evaluate and recommend software and hardware solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.


• Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends in the ICT industry and make recommendations for their integration into the company's infrastructure.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.


• 2+ years of experience in a similar ICT role.


• Strong knowledge of ICT systems, including servers, networks, and telecommunications.


• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.


• Experience with security measures and protocols, including firewalls, antivirus software, and encryption.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization.


• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
