Responsibilities



  • Identify and research potential clients, markets, and sectors to develop new business opportunities.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders.

  • Develop customized business proposals and presentations to pitch to prospective clients.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement strategic sales initiatives.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and business opportunities.

  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients to achieve profitable agreements.

  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics and prepare reports for management.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

Requirements



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

  • Proven work experience as a Business Developer, Sales Executive, or in a similar role.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales and business development initiatives successfully.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
